Shipping Policy

Package Preparation:
All orders are packed within 2 business days of payment. Orders are processed daily and shipped Monday to Friday. There can be delay depending if it is a pre-order or confirmation of order.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary by region within Canada and the United States. All shipments include a tracking number.

Canada Post Delays or other shipping service:
We are in no way responsible if a shipping service used is delayed and once a package is shipped up it is up to them to move the package. If asked we can do our best to see what is the issue but have no control over them.

Our Responsibility:

We have our due dillegence to make sure a package is shipped out once stock is recived, but we are not responsible if a mail service or customs of country it arrives to poorly handles it, as that is something we cannot control.
