GENERAL DISCLAIMER: As stated in our product descriptions, it is your obligation to read our policy or our general policy available on our store before making a purchase or order. Returns - We have a three-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return in case of a defect. A 40% re-stocking fee will apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used items without the box.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Duties and Taxes - Every shipment that crosses an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes, determined differently by each country. You, as the buyer, are responsible for any duties and taxes your country’s customs agency may determine you owe. Please consult your local tax agency before your purchase. If your parcel is returned, a 40% re-stocking fee will apply from the total amount.

Cancellation - You can cancel your order before the shipping label is created, but there is a 40% cancellation fee. No cancellations are allowed after the shipping label is created.

Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Not doing so invalidates any possible exchange or replacement. Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items - Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards. If your parcel is returned, a 40% re-stocking fee will apply from the total amount.

Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Item Sent - In the event that the wrong order is sent to you, please contact us. We need proof of the incorrect order with photographs of the box and contents. After providing evidence, you will need to send the wrong order back to us. Once we receive the incorrect order, we will process and send the corrected order. Fees and shipping will vary and apply for the return and reshipping, depending on a case-by-case basis.

We will not accept requests to keep the wrong sent item and also ask for the corrected item.

Manufacturer Fault - If there is a defect in the product, it is the original manufacturer's responsibility, not ours. We cannot remedy manufacturer faults as we have fulfilled the order.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are not responsible if the customer inputs the wrong address or misses their package. We are also not responsible if a mail service fails to deliver, as that is beyond our control. Nor are we responsible if customs fail to properly handle a package as that is as well something we cannot control. Negotiations can be made to resend a package if it is returned.
