Returns-We have a three-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return in case of a defect, a 35 % re-stocking fee will apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Duties and taxes - Every shipment that crosses an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. You as a buyer are responsible for any duties and taxes on your country’s customs agency may determine you owe duty or/and taxes. You as a buyer of our store are solely responsible for any applicable charges. Please consult your local tax agency before your purchase. In case your parcel is returned there's a 35 % re-stocking fee ..from the total amount.
Cancellation- You can cancel your order before the shipping label is created, but there's a 35% cancellation fee.
There are no cancellations after the shipping label is created.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged ( not doing invalidates any possible exchange or replacement), or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right,

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
In case your parcel is returned there's a 40 % re-stocking fee ..from the total amount.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
